When is my original content returned?

If the customer has ordered DVDs, then the customer's original media (tapes, discs, etc.) are returned when the order is complete.

If the customer has not ordered any DVDs, then the video is returned as soon as digitization is complete UNLESS the customer has specifically requested the original content not to be returned.
