Are there any content (language, nudity, etc.) restrictions?

Yes. The quick version is that for DVDs, most anything that isn't outright illegal goes. (Definitely look at the terms and conditions for full details!)

For WWW hosting, there are more restritions. If your video could be broadcast on network television, then no problem. If there is some colorful language, that's usually OK as well. If you have video of exotic dancers at a bachelor party, then you'll need to have the video censored before it can be hosted on the web.
