How does the ordering process work?

Web Wide Video's ordering process is designed to be easy.

To start, the customer clicks on "Place Order". Web Wide Video then walks the user through gathering the required information (how long their video is, what packaging they would like, etc.).

After all the order information is collected, the user is sent to Paypal to submit payment.

Once payment is received, Web Wide Video sends the user an invoice and label for their shipment.

Customer then ships Web Wide Video their source material.

Web Wide Video processes the customer's order, updating the order status along the way. Customers can log in and check where their order is at any point in the process. (e.g. "DVD duplication" or "being captioned")

Web Wide Video ships the customer's order and their original media to them. A tracking number is provided, and an adult signature is required for delivery.
